Volunteers for this task will assist on the half marathon course as directional pointers or as safety personnel at road intersections in Ponce Inlet.

Volunteers must meet at the Ponce Inlet Town Hall at 6:00am on race morning to receive a police briefing and cone to be used at the intersection. You must attend this briefing! Please do not be late!

5K Course Pointers and Safety

Volunteers for this task will assist on the 5K course as directional pointers, water stop personnel or as safety personnel at road intersections.

Volunteers for this task will assist with directing participants into the parking area, directing cars to park in an organized manner and directing participants to the start line area.

Details

Volunteers for this task will assist race staff with set up and tear down of the start line area, directing participants from the shuttle area to the start line, and any other tasks needed by the race staff.

Bag Drop and Pickup

Details

Volunteers for this position will staff the bag drop and pickup tent. Volunteers will mark runner bags in the morning when they are dropped off, help transport bags from the start to finish line and return bags to runners at the finish line.

Drop off location is on the access road underneath the Dunlawton bridge on the East side of the bridge.

Finish Line Assistants Medium Priority

Volunteers for this task will assist race staff at the finish line with a variety of tasks to include passing out medals, water, snacks to finishers, directing sponsors, cleaning up trash around the finish area, assisting with parking and any other tasks needed by the event staff.
